Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Old Florida Collective. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels still attached.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom made items. These include any products that have been made to order, personalized, or specially manufactured based on individual specifications. Since these items are crafted just for you, we’re unable to restock or resell them.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@oldfloridaz.com. We’ll provide the necessary steps and return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: No return shipping costs – all returns are free of charge.
- Our Responsibility: We cover shipping and return costs completely, so you can shop with confidence.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different products. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same item.
If you’re simply looking for a different product or size and your item is eligible for return, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the one you’d prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets all eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Rejected Returns
If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, the item has been used or is returned without original packaging), we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
